Key Day!

The best part of any transaction is getting to deliver keys to new homeowners. It’s the culmination of an often long or emotional home search, a month of docusigns and negotiations, and the moment everyone can relax and celebrate the prize of homeownership.

I had the privilege of helping clients buy homes all over town, in all five quadrants, and at all price ranges. Some homes were ferociously competitive, some were waiting for my perfect clients. Some were on the market for a while, some were off market. However these clients were matched with their homes, it always feels like we are making a perfect match.

I’m so grateful for all these wonderful clients putting their trust in me to help them find their homes. What a huge honor it is to make the dream of homeownership come true!

Clients come into my life from so many directions - some are old friends, some are friends of friends, some are in Mike’s circle, some are referrals, some are new internet friends. However we meet or however long we’ve known each other, I always do my very best to get the best outcomes.

I wish every day could be a key day, but looking at these photos makes me so happy about the successes of the past year! So many happy faces and their beautiful homes!
