Our 3 Year Housiversary

August 11th, 2018 Mike and I moved into our dream home. It has meant more to us to own this home than we could ever have imagined. Mike’s studio is in the garage, and that gave him the space to make bigger and bigger art. Our home buying journey inspired my career change. We adopted two cats. We became friends with our neighbors and got married in our backyard. We felt settled.

We felt very lucky, and very privileged, to be the current caretakers of this home. These photos are from all points of the last 3 years - some before we had furniture, some after remodel. The first photo is of a watercolor Mike painted as a gift to the sellers when we first purchased this home. We look forward to many years and remodels to come.
