Portland’s Gardenburger House

When I see a totally wild and crazy home come on the market I have to see it with my own eyes. My coworker Grant and I went to Portland’s Gardenburger house last week to see this spectacular 90s / 20s mashup in person.

It’s called the Gardenburger house because the former founder of the meatless patty company, Paul Wenner, built the SE Portland house in 1992. Did you know Gardenburgers have been around since the early 1980s? Me neither.

Anyways, Mr. Wenner’s house was originally a compound of two homes with a pool and courtyard, but the lot was split in 2018 and both houses sold separately.

Grant and I toured the home, took photos, and marveled at the ‘unique’ design. I’ll share our fun photos below :)
